HOLLISTER Medical Adhesive Spray Can HOL7730 - 3.2 Oz

Hollister's Medical Adhesive is a medical grade silicone adhesive which is unaffected by moisture and provides a secure and reliable seal. Medical Adhesive can be used on sensitive skin. It allows the skin to breathe and remains flexible and comfortable. Spray can allows application directly to appliance prior to application to skin. It will increase the adhesion to skin for pouches, wound drainage collectors and fecal incontinence systems.

Description

Adheres appliances to skin. Stock Number 7730. (3.2 oz.)
For ostomy and other appliances, prosthetic devices, and surgical dressings and pads.
Directions:Shake well before using. Spray adhesive on appliance only. Hold adhesive can so that the arrow faces the product to be sprayed. Spray in short bursts until the surface of the product is coated evenly with adhesive. Allow five minutes for the adhesive to dry before applying to the skin. If necessary, apply a second coat. Wait five minutes for the second coat to dry.

Warnings:Do not apply this product directly on the skin or other areas of the body such as body orifices (eyes, mouth, ears, nose), mucosal surfaces (stoma, vagina, penile orifice, unhealed wounds or excoriated skin. FLAMMABLE: Do not spray on a flame or any incandescent material, electrical appliance or source of heat. Keep away from sources of ignition - No Smoking. Keep out of the reach of children. Use only as directed. CAUTION: Pressurized container. Protect can from sunlight and do not expose to or store at temperatures exceeding 120F (50C). Do not puncture or incinerate container, even after use.

Directions:
Shake well before using. Hold adhesive remover can so that the arrow faces the product or area to be sprayed.
For ostomy appliances, peel back one edge of patch or faceplate. Spray into area between skin and appliance surface. For maxillo-facial prosthetic devices, saturate a gauze pad and wipe the adhesive away. Remover evaporates quickly, additional applications to gauze may be required.
