This product works well for my needs. I just wanted to aerate spots that aren't doing well on my lawn and it works well for that. Don't use this product to do your entire lawn though, its not big enough. But it works really good for spot aerating. Oh yea, assembely of the spike bars on the wheel is a bear! And you'll have to put some glue on the outside wheel nuts, they work their way free even with the lock washer.

20,000 BTU Air Conditioner WINIA Split Ductless 800obo - $800 (Queen/Bathurst)

Yes i was trying to sell this before, and turned down $1000 offers (was asking $1300)- oh well, here's a deal for someone else, this economy can be good for bargains.

Winia WSA-121 COOLING unit (not heating! this is a serious Air Conditioner unit, and is only meant for cooling) made in Korea, bought at A-budget Heating and Air Conditioning - they insalled and removed it. Clean, stored inside and covered. Used ONE SEASON (4 months, like new) in high end women's clothing boutique, then i bought for $1600 (deal at the time, i fought for it; it was bought new by Comrags boutique $3800) for my partner's large wood shop, but now his work is going complete green cooling system. 20,000 BTU's it will easily, efficiently and quietly cool up to more like 25,000 cubic sq ft (or 2500 sq ft ) no problem. Perfect for restaurants, lofts, offices, open bungalow, boutiques, garages. The outside unit is larger than most of these types like LG (can't tell in picture since the cat is mamoth and it is a weird angle).

i will say the unit is 2003 - 2004 model. comrags bought it new in 2005 from A-Budget heating and Air (still around of course - reliable company), had a year (2006/7) i bought in 2007...didn't need in 2008. I suggest if you are serious, you bring along a tech or someone who you trust with a/c and have a look. I am confident in that becuase i have had two a/c techs come by and say it is a deal and that it is fine (one for hooking up in the shop, one for the customer - restaurant Universal Cafe on Dupont - i turned down at $1000 last year - boo on me). inside unit is standard size - 12 x 8 deep x 41 and exterior is larger than often expected 13 x 28 high x 43. It is not missing any part! even has the industrial mount brackets.

i can actually take visa/mc/interac on a reasonable offer (for biz purposes can offer a receipt but need to add GST), and for cash a better deal

Comrags still has a winial from 15 years ago in their Queen West shop. They have never had one problem with it. That is why they bought another Winia for their shop that went under.
